Adding the Romanian Language Pack to Windows 7
Q: Does it translate right-to-left (RTL) scripts? A: No. Romanian uses Latin script (left-to-right), so no issue.
Regardless of your display language, you may just want to type in Romanian (using characters like ș, ț, ă, î, â). Go to Control Panel > Region and Language.
