Plot: The film follows Rick O'Connell (Brendan Fraser), an American adventurer, and Evelyn Carnahan (Rachel Weisz), a librarian, who discover the tomb of the powerful Egyptian priest Imhotep (Arnold Vosloo). When they accidentally awaken Imhotep, they unleash a mummy who was cursed for eternity. The mummy, now resurrected, seeks to reclaim his lost love, Anck-Su-Namun (Patricia Velásquez).
