I should also note that Tekken was originally on arcade boards, then ported to PSX. So Tekken 3 was a major PSX title. So the user probably wants to play Tekken 3 on Vita via PSPEBOOT. However, if the Vita can run PS1 games natively (with a modded firmware), then using an emulator setup might be redundant. Alternatively, if they are using a Vita with the official PS1 support (which is region-locked, I think), but that's a different issue.
