  • New Items: The DLC introduces a suite of new items inspired by mythological artifacts. These aren’t just stat sticks; they offer unique passive abilities that can completely change how you approach a run. Look out for relics that boost specific elemental damage or offer trade-offs that risk-takers will love.
  • The Power of the Gods: Some of the new items fall under the "Mythology" category. Collecting these can trigger set bonuses that mimic the divine powers of the ancients, encouraging you to build your loadout around a specific god or legend.
  • The Revenant Gods (Nyx, Zeus, Odin): These are not the classical deities. Their designs are decayed, spectral, bleeding shadow. Their movesets are slower, more deliberate, and punish recklessness. Why? Because these are gods who fell—Nyx consumed by her own darkness, Zeus struck down by parricide, Odin devoured by Fenrir. Wearing their skull means embodying their moment of defeat.
  • The Forgotten God (Anubis): Unique to the DLC, Anubis is a “support” god (summoning souls to fight). But his Forgotten variant is nearly useless—slow, damage-sponge, devoid of agency. He represents the worst fate: being erased from worship. In the logic of Skul, a god without believers is just a skull.
