Mental Preparation

• Be prepared to say goodbye. The Nuzlocke challenge means that when a Pokémon faints, it's gone for good. Attachments can make the challenge more enjoyable but also more heartbreaking.
• Stay calm and patient. Some battles will be tough, and you might need to try multiple times. Don't get discouraged by setbacks.
