Nexus Mods (Resident Evil 4 section): Nexus Mods is the safest modding repository. While the original uploader often removes cheat tools, community mirrors under names like "RE4 Item Warehouse" or "Ultimate Trainer Suite" sometimes contain the v1.1 functionality. Search for "Item Modifier" and check the file date (2011-2014 era for original v1.1).

However, you must be vigilant. Since the original developer (a modder known as "bliznik" or "Nukem") released this over a decade ago, official hosting has disappeared. The file now lives only in user uploads.
