The Proteus PAR-5500 is a commercial-grade programmable air/magnetic rowing machine designed for endurance training. - Monitor the channel to ensure it is not already in use. “Channel 68, this is Sea Fox, radio check.”
- Press the PTT (Push-to-Talk) button on the side of the microphone.
- Hold the microphone approximately 2 inches from your lips. Speak clearly across the microphone, not directly into it.
- Release PTT when finished. The red TX indicator on the display illuminates during transmission.
