- Download Serato DJ Pro 2.6.6 or newer.
- Connect the DDJ-S1 via USB-C adapter (if needed). The S1 uses USB-B; use a high-quality adapter.
- Open Serato DJ Pro.
- Grant permissions: When prompted, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and allow Serato.
- The S1 will appear as a MIDI controller and as a 2-in/2-out audio interface. Serato will automatically map the channels.
