Since PADS 9.5 is outdated (released around 2012), it is no longer available for legal free download from the official Siemens website. To obtain it or find helpful articles, you have these options:

1. Go to the Siemens Support Center (support.sw.siemens.com).
2. Log in with your company account (WebKey).
3. Navigate to “Downloads” → “Legacy Software” → “PADS” → “Version 9.5”.
4. Download the full installation ISO (typically 2.5–3 GB).
