Skelion is a plugin of SketchUp. It means you need SketchUp running on your computer
to install it. Follow the normal procces to install plugins on Sketchup (Watch manual or SketchUp online help).

Since MCPE doesn't have a right-click, good Optifine add-ons map the zoom to a double-tap or a long-press on the right side of the screen. You hold the button, and your FOV drops to 10-20 degrees, allowing you to see mobs from 100+ blocks away.
