But that night, the moon changes. It’s no longer a square. It’s a circle. A perfect, smooth, impossible circle in an alpha build that doesn’t support shaders or mods. You stare at it. The moon stares back. Size: Infinite horizontally, but the ceiling was low

- No: Nether fortresses, blaze rods, wither skeletons, magma cubes, quartz, or nether bricks.
- The Portal: You built a 4x5 frame of obsidian, lit it with flint & steel. It created a purple portal block that made a horrendous screeching sound.
- Zombie Pigmen were present but passive unless attacked. They dropped cooked pork chops (later changed to gold nuggets).
Alpha 1.2.0 (Halloween Update): Added the Nether, Pumpkins, and proper biomes.
