Step-by-Step Login Instructions (Desktop)
- Open your browser. For best results, use the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. Avoid Internet Explorer, as it is no longer supported.
- Navigate to the portal. Type
hyattconnect.hyatt.com into the address bar and press Enter.
- Enter your User ID. Typically, this is your Hyatt Employee ID (a 6-8 digit number) or your corporate email address (e.g.,
john.doe@hyatt.com). New hires should check their offer letter or separation notice for their temporary ID.
- Enter your Password. Input the password you created during onboarding. (Note: Passwords are case-sensitive and usually expire every 90 days.)
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). As of 2024, Hyatt has rolled out mandatory MFA. After entering your password, you will receive a text message, phone call, or push notification via the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Click “Sign In.” Upon successful authentication, you will land on the Hyatt Connect dashboard.
Do NOT Do These:
- Share your password with your manager, a coworker, or “IT support” calling you on the phone (Hyatt IT will never ask for your password).
- Save passwords on public or shared computers (e.g., the business center computer or front desk terminal).
- Use guest Wi-Fi at a Hyatt property to log into Hyatt Connect. Use the employee network or cellular data.
