4. Enter your Password. Input the password you created during onboarding. (Note: Passwords are case-sensitive and usually expire every 90 days.)
5. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). As of 2024, Hyatt has rolled out mandatory MFA. After entering your password, you will receive a text message, phone call, or push notification via the Microsoft Authenticator app.
6. Click “Sign In.” Upon successful authentication, you will land on the Hyatt Connect dashboard.

• Share your password with your manager, a coworker, or “IT support” calling you on the phone (Hyatt IT will never ask for your password).
• Save passwords on public or shared computers (e.g., the business center computer or front desk terminal).
• Use guest Wi-Fi at a Hyatt property to log into Hyatt Connect. Use the employee network or cellular data.
