In higher-tier Arenas (4-Star, 5-Star, 6-Star), your "cooldown" timer is per Champion. A roster of 100 Champions lets you do 20 fights, wait 2 hours, and do 20 more fights. A roster of 90 Champions gives you less. Every body counts in Arena. Selling a Champion reduces your potential points per hour.
Note: You can no longer sell 7-Star Champions. Kabam removed the sell button for 7-stars specifically.
