Try common passwords you might have used: 123456, password, 000000, abcd1234, or your company name.
- Right-click on the live view screen.
- Select Main Menu → Settings (or Configuration).
- Click User (or Account / User Management).
- Select the Admin user.
- Click Modify or Edit Password.
- Enter the Old Password (the default or current one).
- Enter the New Password (Must include: Uppercase, lowercase, number, & special character like
@or!). - Confirm the new password.
- Click Save.
