This copycat recipe recreates the signature dish’s combination of ultra-crispy panko chicken, sweet teriyaki glaze, and fresh vegetables. Ingredients For the Chicken: Chicken Breast: 1 lb, pounded to a consistent -inch thickness for even frying. Breading Station: cup all-purpose flour, 2 beaten large eggs, and 1– cups Panko breadcrumbs. Seasoning: Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the Signature Creamy Sriracha Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Kewpie or Hellman's)
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (The secret Cheesecake Factory ingredient!)
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
