Step 3: Install Driver 5.3.5-3

  1. Download Pentablet_5.3.5-3.exe from Wacom’s legacy archive (or a trusted mirror).
  2. Right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts. When asked to connect the tablet, plug in your CTH-670 via USB.
  4. Complete installation and restart your PC.

Step 3: Run the Installer in Compatibility Mode

  1. Right-click the Pentablet_5.3.5-3.exe file.
  2. Select Properties > Compatibility tab.
  3. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 8 or Windows 7.
  4. Check "Run this program as an administrator."
  5. Click Apply, then OK.
  6. Double-click the installer. Do NOT plug in the tablet until the installer tells you to. (It will say: "Please connect your tablet now.")
